Deep Tissue Massage
Advanced massage techniques are used to release muscle tension, ease joint stiffness and relieve common symptoms such as
pain in the neck, shoulders and back. Clients often report feeling lighter and more flexible after a deep tissue massage.
But whereas a Sports Massage session will focus on a target area, a Deep Tissue Massage is more relaxing, and the whole body
can be treated in one session. This allows the client to become aware of tender areas before they become problematic or cause pain.
Sessions last for 60 minutes and cost £70 per hour (or £40 for a half hour session). For massage treatments, your clothes are removed,
but the body is covered with towels so that only the areas being worked on are exposed.
