Mental Wellbeing Therapies
It's been widely documented that exercise has beneficial effects on both anxiety and depression; and I've always been fascinated by the link between mental and physical wellbeing. So over the course of my career - as well as widening my training in physical, hands-on therapies - I've trained to treat clients with techniques that reduce stress and anxiety, such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Faster EFT, Psych-K and Matrix Re-Imprinting.
There are positive benefits to the application of all these methods, but I am also able help clients who suffer from mental difficulties by applying the teachings of Sydney Banks. His theory is called The Three Principles (more here). This way of approaching mental wellbeing had a dramatic, positive impact on me when I attended Three Principles conferences - it has a logical simplicity that I think many people would find useful.
If you would be interested in booking in some time with me to find out more about The Three Principles, do get in touch.
